Description:
This product is an α-receptor blocker. By blocking α-receptors and indirectly activating β-receptors, it rapidly expands peripheral blood vessels, which can significantly reduce peripheral vascular resistance, increase peripheral blood volume, and improve microcirculation. This product has an excitatory effect on the heart, increasing myocardial contractility, increasing heart rate, and increasing cardiac output. It is mainly used clinically to treat acute heart failure such as pulmonary congestion or pulmonary edema, vasospasm diseases, hand and foot cyanosis, perceptual toxic shock, and diagnostic tests for pheochromocytoma. It is also used for premature ventricular contractions.
